Sub-processors

To provide the Service, Intacta relies on a small number of trusted third-party providers (“sub-processors”) that may process data on our behalf. We list them here, along with what they do and where they operate, and we keep this page up to date.

Cloud hosting, database, private image storage, user authentication, and delivery of website fonts.

Securely processes your uploaded content to generate your product images, under business API terms that do not allow it to train its models on that content.

Stripe

Stripe Payments Europe, Limited and relevant Stripe affiliates

Payment processing and subscription billing. Card details are handled directly by Stripe.

Resend, Inc.

Delivers transactional emails, such as account and notification messages.

Functional Software, Inc.

Error monitoring, diagnostics, stack traces, and performance data so we can identify and fix bugs in the Service.

For security and competitive reasons, we identify our AI image-generation provider privately rather than on this public page. Customers and prospective customers can get its name, legal entity and data-protection terms by emailing privacy@intacta.io, and it is named in any DPA we countersign.

We require each sub-processor to protect data consistent with our Data Processing Agreement, and we remain responsible for their performance.

When we add a new sub-processor that will process customer personal data, we update this page and provide notice in line with our DPA, so you can object on reasonable data-protection grounds. Questions? Contact privacy@intacta.io.
