Cookie Policy

Effective 1 June 2026 · Last updated 30 May 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Intacta uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and app, and how you can control them. For more about how we handle personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help websites work properly, keep you signed in, and understand how a site is used. We also use similar technologies, such as local storage, for the same purposes — we refer to all of these as “cookies” in this policy.

2. How we use cookies

We keep our use of cookies deliberately minimal. We use them for only two purposes:

  • to make our website and app work and keep you securely signed in; and
  • to understand how our website is used, so we can improve it.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell your data.

3. Types of cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — required to run the site and app securely and to keep you signed in. These cannot be switched off in our systems. (Lasts: for your session, or until you sign out.)
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. These are set through Google Analytics. (Lasts: up to around two years.)

4. Analytics & third parties

Our website uses Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to measure traffic and understand how the site is used. Google may set its own cookies to provide this service. You can learn more from Google’s privacy information, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across websites using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

5. Managing your cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings, including blocking them — though if you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of the site and app may not work. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before setting analytics cookies, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time. Most browsers let you manage cookies in their settings or “privacy” menu.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we add or change the tools we use. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above.

7. Contact us
